Delphi Oracle

The Oracle of Delphi was one of the most important of the ancient world, kings and leaders would travel from afar to get predictions for the oracle from Pythia.

In Greek mythology Zeus released two eagles and after circling the world Delphi is where they met, making it the centre of the ancient world. The oracle was devoted to the god Apollo.

The location of Delphi is absolutely stunning and the views magnificent. It is possible to make a one-day excursion from Tolo and still have plenty of time at the site.
