Hours of Operation

Reception operates 12 hours a day (8:30- 20:30).
Room service is available 12 hours a day (8:30-20:30)

Check in-Check out

Check in: 15:00
Check out: 11:00
Check out after 11:00 – 50 % of daily rate charged and after 18:00 – 100% of daily rate is charged.
Please check with reception if you would like to stay longer to see if it possible.

Cancellation Policy

No charges are incurred for cancellations up to 21 days before the date of arrival.
Cancellations or modifications 21 – 5 days before the date of arrival are charged 50% of the total reservation cost.
Cancellations or modifications 5 days before the arrival date and no-shows are charged 100% of the reservation.
Cancellations checking out earlier than the original check out day are charged 100% of the reservation charge.

Payment & Deposit Policy

A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation (pre-authorization may be required) or a bank transfer of the 30% deposit of the total booking cost.
The total reservation amount or balance will be payable the Hotel at Check-Out or Check-In time.
