Hours of Operation

Reception operates 12 hours a day (8:30- 20:30).
Room service is available 12 hours a day (8:30-20:30)

Check in-Check out

Check in: 15:00
Check out: 11:00
Check out after 11:00 – 50 % of daily rate charged and after 18:00 – 100% of daily rate is charged.
Please check with reception if you would like to stay longer to see if it possible.

Cancellation Policy

LOW SEASON (Jan-Feb-Mar-Apr-Nov-Dec)
No charges are incurred for cancellations up to 7 days before the date of arrival
Cancellations or modifications 7 days before arrival or no-shows are charged 100% of the reservation.
Cancellations checking out earlier than the original check out day are charged 100% of the reservation charge.

HIGH SEASON(May-Jun-Jul-Aug-Sep-Oct)
No charges are incurred for cancellations up to 21 nights before the date of arrival
Cancellations or modifications 21 days before the date of arrival and no shows are charged 100% of the total reservation cost.
Cancellations checking out earlier than the original check out day are charged 100% of the reservation charge.

Payment & Deposit Policy

A 30 % deposit is required by the time of the reservation either via bank transfer , card charge or payment link.
A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation through our reservation system. Pre-authorization will be required and follow our cancellation policies.
The total reservation amount or balance for the Flexible Rates will be payable in the hotel either by Check-In or by Check-Out time.
All payment methods except AMERICAN EXPRESS are acceptable

For non refundable rates the total cost of the reservation will be charged by the time of booking except the government tax. For this rate there is no right for refund anytime the guest cancels his booking.

Pet Policy

Pets are allowed at our accommodation, upon request.
Guests are fully responsible for the care and supervision of their pet throughout their stay.
